- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not fault of the reception staff. But awful service. You can never get through at 8am. Then when you do get through after continuously redialling to be told the appointments all went by 08:05 within 5mins of opening. 1: how many callers got through between 08:00-08:05? 2. How many on the day appointments were available? 3.How many staff where taking calls. Then been told that the practice manager is aware of the problem. I spoke to several people in Nelson who said this problem has been going on for months if not years. The receptionist handled it well but I feel sorry for them for what they have to put up with. Practice manager do something about this. Complaint going to NHS England as per procedure. I encourage people to complain to the practice manager, ask for the surgery complaints procedure and send to Nhs England. You only get 1 star and that’s credit to the receptionist I spoke to OTHERWISE ITS A ZERO ALL ROUND.by Tabz RabbaniJuly 17, 2017
